Bandol Rose 2019
Recognized among the greatest appellations of Provence, the fame of Bandol rose is well established! Its king grape variety, Mourvedre, powerful and complex, blended with the finesse and fruitiness of Cinsault, draws its aromas from clay and limestone soils. This wine of character will charm you as an aperitif, accompanied by a Tian of Provencal vegetables, a Caesar salad, a bouillabaisse with saffron or a seasonal fruit salad. To be enjoyed now!

Yield : 30 hl/ha
Vinification : Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature
Breeding : Thermo-regulated stainless steel tank for 6 months

Visual Appreciation : Bright pale pink dress with carmine reflections.
Olfactory appreciation : Frank and subtle nose, with notes of citrus fruits (pink pomelo), red berries and bergamot.
