Cotes de Provence Red 2018
Bathed in light, the vines, classified AOP Cotes de Provence red, are planted on the Estate, in a natural amphitheater staged in “Restanques”.
Round and fruity, this wine of “bistronomy” can be appreciated between 15°c and 18°C, during a barbecue or accompanied by lasagne or stuffed vegetables.

Grape Varieties : 46 % Syrah, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20 % Mourvedre
Yield : 40 hl/ha
Vinification : Vinification by grape variety and maceration for 12 to 18 days.
Maturing : Thermo-regulated stainless steel vat.

Visual Appreciation : Garnet red, crystalline.
Olfactory appreciation : Fresh and expressive nose with notes of red fruits, peat and undergrowth.
Taste appreciation : Lively attack accompanied by aromas of red fruits and basalt. Silky and mineral finish.
