Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This fruity green, perfumed and delicate is the result of a meticulous work around the thousand-year-old olive trees of the Souviou Estate. A concentrate of flavours and stories to sublimate all your dishes. 

Variety : Single variety “Brown” from our millenary olive trees.

Tasting notes : Aromas of crumpled leaves, greenery and dried fruit. Creamy, with a nice bitterness. Ardent with a slightly spicy finish.

Food pairings : Selvatica olive oil goes well with a mushroom risotto and will embellish a ratatouille or pesto sauce.
